The South Florida classical music community, a special group, includes an enthusiastic and loyal audience of concert attendees. Since February 2003 what started out as a simple e-mail reminder service for the Alhambra Orchestra, has rapidly grown into Classical Connections, a multi-client concert reminder service with an expanding 'shared' audience database of over 5000 individuals. This high quality e-mail database list is comprised of musicians and actual concert attendees and series subscribers.

Our Presenter clients are serviced by the delivery of a simple and attractive e-mail 'reminder postcard' to the audience database during the week preceding a concert. The 'Postcard' provides a link to the Classical-Connections website should the recipient desire additional information about the program and the performing artists as well as easily accessed ticketing links. In addition to the epostcard/program page, our service also includes promotions on our Facebook page, with currently over 1000 followers and our Future Dates Calendar which promotes concerts approximately 45 days out with direct links to your online website or ticketing page. Every concert receives coverage in all areas for one price. In addition each Presenter receives inclusion on our Presenters/Friends page. This is linked to your website and we appreciate your organization including a link back to us.

To participate a Presenter must in good faith contribute an audience e-mail list (minimum 200 addresses). The database is designed for optimum control and for privacy Individual names will never be published and the e-mail list will never be sold or exchanged.

Fees for the 'postcard/website' combo are based on a per concert charge or a per series contract price. Audience receipt of e-mail is free.
